Delete your Coddle account

You can delete your Coddle account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. This page explains how, and what gets removed.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Coddle app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete Account, then confirm when prompted.

That's it — it's a two-step, in-app process. Once you confirm, deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, dietary preferences, skill level, settings)
• Your kitchen inventory
• Your generated recipes and Cookbook
• Your ratings, feedback, and cooking history
• Your login credentials (from Firebase Authentication)

Copies of some data may persist for a limited period in our hosting provider's routine backups before being overwritten in the ordinary course of backup rotation.

Can't access the app?

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us at support@coddle.app from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and data on your behalf.
